Payment and Refund Policy
PAYMENT
Our training fee of $300 for Volunteer Trainee or $500 for Professional Trainee is payable online after you complete your screening call, or emails with our Training Leader or Membership Chair. If you decide taking training is right for you, an email with a link and instructions will be sent to you.
SCHOLARSHIPS
We have a limited number of scholarships available for financial hardship. Please let us know if you would like to be considered by emailing your Training Leader or our Membership Chair.
REFUNDS
Full refund
provided if you withdraw 11 days or more prior to training. If you withdraw from training 5 -10 days prior to start, you will
receive a refund of the training cost minus a $25 processing fee. If you
withdraw 1-4 days before prior to start, you will receive a refund of half of
the fee. There are no refunds if you withdraw after the start of training, but
you may apply the fee to a future training.
